An unbraked trailer may have a maximum total weight of 750 kg. This means that if the cart weighs 200kg, you can load 550kg. Before choosing to buy an unbraked trailer, you should check that the car can tow this trailer and you can find that on the registration certificate (not all cars can tow 750kg unbraked). If the car can pull this cart, you can drive at 80 km/h, should it be the case that the car cannot pull 750 kg, you can only drive the cart at 40 km/h when it is loaded.
The carts are tax-exempt and the first inspection is after 4 years (then every two years).
