Delivery method

The standard shipping method for all products is MyPack, which is sent by Posten. Bus freight or recipient shipping can be arranged for a small fee.

Returns registered customers

Return requests are handled as follows:

1. Log in to your account and click on "MY ORDERS"
2. Select the order for which you want to return one or more items and click on the "RETURN ITEMS" button
3. Select the number of these items and select the reason for the return
4. Click on the "RETURN REQUEST" button

Call or email if you are unsure how to return the item(s).
Exchange/right of withdrawal 14 days from receipt of the item(s).

Returns unregistered customers

If you placed your order without creating an account, return the goods and attach a copy of the delivery note/invoice. Write on the delivery note if you want to exchange for another item or return the item and get it credited.

In case of return, the return cost is paid by the customer, if we have sent the wrong item, we are of course responsible for the return cost.

Shipping costs are not refundable when returning!
