The prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT 25% (Unless otherwise stated, some ATV machines and accessories aimed at businesses may be priced excluding VAT). Possible price changes or price errors may occur, in these cases we will notify you as the customer before delivery.
The standard shipping method for all products is Postpaket (mypack), which is sent by Postnord. Bulky goods such as machines/wagons are primarily sent with bus goods.
We use Klarna Checkout as a payment solution. There you can choose between invoice, instalment, card and advance payment.
In the case of credit purchases (against invoice), a person and credit check is carried out (if you have not shopped via Klarna before), each of the customers for a copy sent home on this.
The procurement time for non-stocked goods is 2-3 days, after which the postal delivery time is added. Goods that are in our warehouse (Umeå) are normally sent no later than the day after the order is placed. Postal packages take 1-3 days within Sweden. Parts where it says that they are in web stock but not in Umeå take about 4-6 days as these parts are at the supplier in Vaasa.
When it comes to Arctic Cat original parts or accessories, the delivery time can be about 6-12 days if the goods are in the European warehouse and even longer if parts have to be ordered from the USA. If you key in the article number in the search box and go to the article, you can see if we have the item in stock or not.
Uncollected packages are charged to the customer with 29 Euro.
You as a customer have 14 days of return/cancellation right after receiving your goods. This means that you have 14 days of "open purchase", throughout December we extend this so that you have open purchase until 31/12. The date on which the package is posted in return applies. You as the customer are responsible for any shipping costs for return purchases. (exchanges for other goods we pay for new shipping)
